• This is designed to be a transformational program that allows advisors to make rapid progress. This requires a supportive environment where participants feel comfortable to share their personal challenges and learnings. First and foremost, we expect and encourage interactions that foster support of one another. Discriminatory, hurtful, or negative behavior and comments will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the program.
• During the course of the program, participants may disclose personal and sensitive information; participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and what is shared in each session.
• Participants should ensure that they are in a confidential, quiet space when attending group calls.
• Participants are expected to complete the assigned individual work between sessions and show up prepared to share with the group.
• This program requires participants to both do the work AND show up to sessions for maximum results. If participants show up to two sessions without having completed the individual work OR miss more than one group session, they will be removed from the program without a refund.
• Group coaching is designed to be interactive -- participants are expected to share and be an active participant in every session.
• This program is delivered via video conference software. Participants are expected to have a quality webcam, audio, and internet service.
• Participants agree to have their contact information (name, firm name, email address, phone number) shared with other participants for small-group coordination and other program-related communication purposes.
