Release Notes: Version 20.2.1  | April 8, 2020

We’re broadening the date ranges used to evaluate account performance over time, and we’re giving clients a branded mobile shortcut to access CX.

These updates – details below – are effective Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

  • New Date Options: In the same CX menu, you now have expanded options to analyze account performance. In addition to the original date ranges (month-to-date, quarter-to-date, year-to-date), you can now select additional time frames: last 30 days, 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year and since inception.
  • CX Mobile Shortcut: When clients save the CX mobile website as a shortcut to their phones’ home screens, the shortcut icon will show your advisory firm’s logo. This will boost your branding and also make it easier for clients to identify the shortcut.
