As Vice President, IT Operations & Security, Ben brings a unique perspective to Carson by having worked in variety of industries. Ben brings fresh and innovative ideas to the firm, which enhances our technology solutions for our clients.

Ben joined Carson in April 2013. He has worked in the technology field for more than 13 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Technology for PayFlex Systems USA, Inc., an industry-leading, account-based health plan administrator. Ben also has leadership experience in the financial services industry, including functioning as the head of IT Infrastructure at a Broker/Dealer.

Ben is a lifelong Omaha area resident and has been married to his wife, Dawn, since August 2002. Dawn works as a supervisor for the ESL department of a local school district. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, music, playing golf and are avid Husker and Green Bay Packer fans. They love spending time outdoors, working in their garden, grilling their favorite foods and taking some time to relax.
