Gregg Johnson joined Carson in 2021 and currently leads our partnership development strategy and regional sales teams. As an accomplished financial services executive with more than 25 years of industry experience, he is known for producing double-digit year-over-year growth through strategic planning, organizational design, recruitment and impactful sales plans.

Gregg is an innovative, versatile leader who is adept at coaching top-tier sales teams, building out new business units and fostering a client-centric culture to help promote continual company growth. He is a true and tested leader with a proven ability to deliver results.

Gregg received his MBA in business from Creighton University’s Heider College of Business, and prior to that obtained a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Morningside University.

He is FINRA registered and holds his Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 registrations.

Gregg and his wife Carla reside in Omaha, Nebraska, and enjoy golf, hiking, and spending time with their family. They have three beautiful daughters – Peyton (married to River Meisinger), Jordan (married to Noah Larsen and parents to son Miles), and Ashton.
