About Jessica

Jessica’s passion is partnering with firm owners to discover the gap between their current situation and their desired success, then working with them to implement strategies that help them pursue their firm’s full potential. A strong advocate of the importance of goal setting and process-based businesses, she sees the timeless concepts outlined in Tested in the Trenches paired with executive coaching as a powerful way already-successful advisors can increase their IQ (Implementation Quotient) and break through plateaus.

Jessica earned her BA in Marketing from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. She later found her passion for coaching and consulting with business owners and earned her Executive and Professional Coaching Graduate Certificate.

She considers herself a lifelong learner and has completed her Master of Science in Leadership, Organizational Development degree in the summer of 2020 from the University of Texas at Dallas. She spent the last several years developing and sharpening her skillset and has completed Flawless Consulting ® and Situational Leadership II Facilitator training programs to deepen her ability to work with business owners on creating strong businesses and teams.

She holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and belongs to both the North Texas and LA ICF Chapters. As a Certified Kolbe™ Consultant, she works with business owners to leverage their human capital and increase their hiring power.

Jessica also holds the Series 7 and 66. Her previous financial services work experience includes working at HD Vest Financial Services, a broker dealer in Dallas, TX as a Practice Management Consultant and Field Support Coordinator.

Jessica and her spoiled dachshund mix currently reside in Dallas, TX. She grew up in Michigan and loves going back to the “Mitten” to visit her family and friends. She also loves to travel and hike in State and National Parks. She enjoys live music, reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, going to the farmers’ market, cooking, volunteering at the local humane society to help homeless pets find forever homes and connecting with her friends and family over various activities.
