Nick is focused on helping Carson plan for current and future growth while driving strategic initiatives across the business.  As CFO, Nick manages financial and business strategy, capital allocation, and accounting and financial analysis for Carson.  Prior to CFO, Nick lead strategic priorities and helped Carson and its partners grow inorganically through mergers and acquisitions.

In Nick’s prior role at Intrado (formerly West Corporation), a global technology communications company, he helped lead and execute 15+ acquisitions of software and technology businesses with $1B+ in aggregate purchase price, including the acquisition of the GlobeNewswire business from Nasdaq.  Prior to Intrado, Nick held roles in venture capital and private equity.  Nick understands the challenges of starting and building a business and enjoys working with entrepreneurial minded financial advisors.

Nick has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics and a Master’s in Finance from Creighton University.  Nick loves spending time with his wife Morgan and children, Aubrey and Michael.  He also loves continually learning and reading and enjoys anything outdoors – exercise, time on the water with family, and recreational sports.
