It’s no secret that financial services industry doesn’t have the greatest track record for promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within the industry.

While many people acknowledge it’s time to change that, we want to do our part to make it happen. That’s why Carson Coaching is offering scholarships to our Emerging Advisor Growth Accelerator program for individuals from marginalized groups.

The EAGA program is designed to quickly improve advisors’ skills in key areas for growth and deliver tangible results through weekly group coaching sessions and a community of other success-focused advisors. This scholarship will cover the $2,195 registration for the program.
