The program is built for advisors who:

How the Growth Accelerator Program Works

Each cohort (12 members or less) meets every other week via Zoom for six small-group coaching sessions and a learning lab to learn how to put new skills into practice. In between group coaching sessions, you will work individually and in small groups on practical activities.
